French 75 (using Aronia Berry Cherry Liqueur)
Ingredients (per serving):
1.5 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. Aronia Berry Cherry Liqueur
1 c. ice cubes
2 oz. sparkling wine (such as Brut Champagne)
Combine Gin, lemon juice, liqueur and ice, shake 20 seconds. Strain into chilled Champagne flute and top with sparkling wine or Champagne.
Other Serving Suggestions:
Combine with Champagne, Sparkling wine or Sparkling water
Combine with Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer
Great over ice cream. How about a chocolate waffle with that?!
